I stayed for two nights and appreciated the indoor pool and helpful staff. I remember enjoying a great omelette at breakfast, made the mornings pleasant. The atmosphere was nice for relaxation. I felt welcomed and comfortable during my time here, even with some service delays. The overall experience met my expectations as a single traveler.

Had a delightful stay, the hotel is unique and attractive.
Favourable location, the breakfast was scrumptious with ham, scrambled eggs plus cheese. The room was beautiful and sumptuous and I appreciated its stylish decor. The place had an elegant atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding, the food at the resturant was very good, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is within walking distance of down town.

Disappointing service ruins anniversary vibes
The room was way too hot, and the front desk staff was rude about it. Breakfast was a bust. We waited forever for eggs that never came. The dining experience was just chaotic, with no drinks until after our meal. What a bummer!

Great location in a nice enough area close to the original library, again very elegant and understated, featuring book cases and the original fireplace, the wonderful gardens with an excellent view of the Pyrenees and the restaurant which is actually a separate concern apparently. A great selection of food options at a short distance from the venue. Lovely bed in a good and lovely room. Excellent view of the garden and mountains.
Poor staff!

the breakfasts were scrumptious and satisfactory with scrambled eggs and cheese and ham, couldn't ask for anything better. location: the hotel was near to town centre as well as the restaurant and the staff. and it's at a short distance from l'auberg'inn, ate there once or twice.

This was a lovely hotel very peaceful staff where so helpful and very friendly nothing was a problem to them. Room was very comfy
The price of breakfast was very step at £18 per person per day I thought the tv would have had more british channels. Got the girl on reception to call for a taxi and was charged for this service I would have thought with what you pay for your room they could give you free phone calls for a taxi!!

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor pool, free parking, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I remember how the staff helped return my left sim cards. I recommend the omelette at breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

Excellent breakfast and a good quiet location near the city. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom well appointed but poorly lit.

The location was convenient for reaching
The city center, a plus. I found the décor in the room quite outdated and not very cozy. The staff was friendly, and the dinner we had was excellent, but more attention to detail in the room would greatly enhance the stay.

Building was comfortable and design excellent Staff were extremely helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Gardens were relaxing and outdoor furnishing made the garden and veranda most welcoming
WE consider that the food was both overpriced and the choices limited. On our first night particularly the memu was limited and had to settle for starters only 2nd night was better if expensive We have travelled in France for the past 8 years and just back from 2 weeks there. Breakfast in Navarre at € 19 PP is without doubt the most expensive we have come across with nothing special to justify that price
